A Siberian regional legislature passed in the first reading on Thursday a bill banning promotion of homosexual, lesbian, bisexual, and transgender practices among minors and adopted it in its Administrative Offenses Code.

“It’s mainly about various gay parades…about their promotion among minors. It’s about preventing people who are not related to homosexuality from explaining to their kids what is going on,” said Alexander Ilushchenko who oversees a regional committee on culture, education, sports and youth policy .

The bill which stipulates that "gay propaganda" should be viewed as an administrative offense, will also be debated in a final second reading by the lawmakers in Russian Siberian city of Novosibirsk.

A law penalizing “the propaganda of homosexuality and pedophilia among minors”came into force in St. Petersburg on March 17, prompting mixed reactions among Russians where anti-gay sentiment remains strong.

The U.S. State Department expressed its concern about the law which stipulates fines of up to $16,000 for individuals and up to $160,000 to organizations promoting homosexuality.

Anti-gay laws have already been approved in several Russian regions including Ryazan Region, Kostroma Region, Arkhangelsk Region and the city of St. Petersburg.

This was nothing more than a ploy to get these laws passed in Russia, once they are passed, then ll excuses and a hail of money to include human rights abuses will be used in the political discours and foreign policy of the Russian Federation. Why some law makers in the Russian Federation continue to fall into this trap is beyond me

"Falling into the trap" is allowing the "Gay Agenda" to destroy the fabric of society. "Falling into the trap" is getting deceived by slogans like "love is a basic Human Right". What is happening in the West speaks for itself. Go take your propaganda somewhere else.

Well done! The "Gay Agenda" plays a huge role in the strategy of moral and cultural subversion. Don't get deceived by their claims that they "just want to be left alone", watch what is happening in the West, their "we just want to be left alone" is becoming downright homofascism! Well done, i hope all of the regions in Russia will follow.

Couldn´t agree more Pete. What these few local degenerated people and the western professional provocateurs and "philanthropists"(George Soros) backing and funding them wants, is publicity (look out RIA Novosti), turning a non-issue to an everyday headline, attracting easily led youngsters. 80% of eastern Europeans are against Soros & Co hell-bent on x4mimposing degenerated and perverted western life-styles. Destroying their societies from within where "colour coded revolutions" didn´t work.
