MOSCOW (Sputnik) — According to the minister, the facilities were commissioned in accordance with the pace and volume of the army and navy rearmament.
"The Defense Ministry has made significant efforts over the last three years aimed at the construction and development of military infrastructure. The number of construction sites has increased by nearly two-and-a-half times," Shoigu said during a conference call.
During the call, Shoigu noted a qualitative improvement in the condition of the Russian Armed Forces.
