Three Russian women and one man have been charged with assaulting a suspected pedophile and battering him to death, the Investigative Committee Urals office said on Wednesday.
The attack occurred during a drinking party in a private home after a nine-year old girl in the town Kushva, the Sverdlovsk region, complained that one of the male guests had sexually abused her.
The man died as a result of a fatal head injury caused by the girl’s mother, another two women and a man with a criminal record.
The four are looking at up to 15 years in prison if convicted.
