A Mikoyan MiG-31 Foxhound fighter has crashed in the Perm Territory in the Urals, the Russian Defense Ministry reported on Tuesday.
The Emergencies Ministry said both pilots were killed in the crash.
The plane disappeared from radar screens four minutes after takeoff from a Perm military airfield, a security agency source reported.
