Russian Deputy Prime Minister Sergei Ivanov announced at a cabinet meeting on Thursday a proposal from Russian airlines on attracting skilled foreign pilots to work on wide-body aircraft.
"Don't attract skilled labor, attract trainers and teachers to prepare our pilots," Russian Prime Minister Vladimir Putin responded.
Otherwise, the permier added, "we will flood the job market with foreign workers in a sphere where we are quite competitive."
