VOLGOGRAD, March 10 (RIA Novosti) - An oil refinery caught fire in the city of Volgograd in European Russia, local rescuers said Saturday.
"Petrol was spilled from a vacuum-sealed dispensing unit, the exact area covered by the fire has not been established," the source said.
Preliminary information suggests oil products are burning on the area of 400 square meters, rescuers said earlier. The fire report was issued nearly two hours ago.
