Fashion designer Valentin Yudashkin opened the Volvo Fashion Week in Moscow’s Gostiny Dvor with a demonstration of his spring/summer collection, which was presented at Paris Fashion Week earlier in October.
The fashion designer said he was inspired by the art of the 1990s.
For the warm season Yudashkin chose light colors. The new line, however, is not very bright, featuring only white, black, blue, red, and gold tints.

Combining women’s and men’s styles is one of the main themes of the collection.
Simple straight lines and laconic silhouettes are the basics for the aggressive elegance chosen by the designer.
Apart from jackets and shorts, Yudashkin also presented long flowing dresses and tunics featuring all the collection’s colors at once.
The new collection’s dresses are made of thin silk and organza and are embroidered with sequins and beads.
