The other parties that took part in the election received less than 5 percent and so failed to reach the minimum required to get into parliament.

With 9.9 percent of the vote counted, it looks like Ivanishvili’s bloc has won 57.13 percent with Saakashvili’s party receiving 38.14 percent. The other parties that took part in the election received less than 5 percent and so failed to reach the minimum required to get into parliament.
