"At around 20:00 [Moscow time] near building 12/7 on Tverskaya Street there was an armed attack on Usoyan and [his bodyguard] Bagramyan. Both victims are alive in city hospitals. They are being given medical care," investigator said.
Police recovered a firearm used in attempt on Usoyan's life.
