The July’s f precipitation in Moscow is only 12 mm while the normal level is 94 mm; this is one-eighth of the seasonal norm for July. The rainiest July in history since meteorological observations was July 2008, when there was a 170 mm of precipitation in Moscow.
The temperature will be about 39 degrees in Moscow on July 29.
