Drivers honked their horns at 12 p.m. sharp in Perm [GMT: 07:00] in memory of the victims. Others paid tribute to their memory with a minute of silence.
Funerals were held on Sunday for three victims of the fire. More victims were buried on Tuesday. Several ambulance crews remained on call at the cemetery in case the victims’ family members needed medical help.

On December 8, 2009, Prime Minister Vladimir Putin visited Perm and laid a wreath at the Lame Horse nightclub, the site of a deadly fire that killed over 120 people on December 5.
