MOSCOW (Sputnik) — According to the RTL broadcaster, a car rammed through the fence surrounding the building, located in northern Brussels, after which one or more attackers exploded a bomb at the site.
The building was reportedly empty at the time of the attack, hence the explosion did not result in any casualties.
A firefighting team has already extinguished the flames in the laboratory caused by the blast.
