Muscovites can help fight traffic jams

Ideas voiced by Muscovites to improve the transportion situation in the Russian capital will be taken into consideration to draft a program of measures to combat traffic problems in the city, said Vasily Kichedzhi, the acting chief of the Moscow City Transportation and Communications Department.

Now a program of improving the transportation situation in Moscow is being devised. The Moscow mayor’s office has unveiled a list of initial measures to tackle Moscow traffic jams.

Kichedzhi said the proposals of Muscovites on how to solve the transport problem in the city will be analyzed and included in the final version of the program in early December.
