Russia's largest hydropower operator RusHydro posted a 26 percent increase in its first half IFRS net profit to 27 billion rubles ($826 million), RusHydro said on Tuesday.
RusHydro's profits from current operations fell 20 percent to 164.3 billion rubles, the company said in a statement.
The firm's revenues in the first half of 2011 dropped 24.7 percent to 164.34 billion rubles.
EBITDA rose 18 percent to 41.44 billion rubles.
