KIEV, April 6 (RIA Novosti) - Ukraine does not plan to extend current grain export quotas after July 1, Minister of Agrarian Policy Mykola Prysyazhnyuk said on Wednesday.

Last year's draught hit Ukraine's grain crop hard, and the government had to limit exports of wheat to 1 million tons, corn to 3 million tons and barley to 200,000 tons. The quotas were to expire in April 2011. On March 20, the Ukrainian government prolonged the quotas until July 1, 2011.

"The government has made the decision not to impose any restrictions, including quotas on grain export, starting July 1," Prysyazhnyuk said.
